There is no like count that matters
Hearts exist, quietly. The number we actually keep is passed it on — you mark that you went and did something. That builds a visible chain off the original note, and the chain is the whole scoreboard. No followers, no streaks.
Your words stay yours
A note you pin is kept here so the board loads instantly — and ownership of it is registered to your own MeCentral vault, so the record of what you wrote belongs to you rather than to us.

No. A Little Kind is free, carries no advertising, and has no paid tiers or subscriptions.
Thirty days. After that it goes to the archive and leaves the board. Notes are limited to 280 characters — small and true beats big and vague.
Every note carries one stamp: Saw it (something kind you witnessed), Chance to help (a need with a time and place), Free to a good home (something you can give away), Dare (a small kindness anyone can go and do today), and Thanks, stranger (for the ones you never got to tell).
No. There are no follower counts anywhere on A Little Kind, by design. The number that counts is "passed it on" — you mark that you actually went and did something, and that starts a visible chain, called a ripple, off the original note.
No. Anyone can read the board without signing up. An account is only needed to pin a note, reply, or mark that you passed something on.
Yes. Any note can be posted anonymously, and the "Thanks, stranger" stamp exists precisely for messages to people you cannot name.
